Lost Dog Juliet and Romeo

Alumni round-up – November 2018

See graduates of the Conservatoire Member schools on stage this November.

Barely Methodical Troupe (National Centre for Circus Arts) present SHIFT at Canterbury Festival, 1 – 2 November.

Birmingham Royal Ballet present La Fille mal gardée at Sadler’s Wells on 1 – 3 November. The company features dancer Max Maslen (Central School of Ballet).

Rambert2 perform alongside Rambert dance company in Two at Sadler’s Wells, 6 – 10 November. The 2018-19 Rambert2 company features dancers Salome Pressac, Max Day, Imogen Alvares (Rambert School), Joshua Attwood and Conor Kerrigan (LCDS).

Choreographer and director Arthur Pita (LCDS) presents the world premiere of new dance play The Tenant at The Joyce Theater, off Broadway, from 6 – 11 November.

Niall Wright (BOVTS) features in The Ferryman, transferred to the Bernard B Jacobs Theatre, Broadway, until 17 February.

Herb Cuanalo (BOVTS) features in Hound of the Baskervilles at the Barn Theatre, 24 October – 24 November.

Gracefool Collective (NSCD) present This Is Not A Wedding at the Riley Theatre, Leeds, on 1 November.

Adrian Scarborough and Jessica Temple (BOVTS) feature in The Madness of King George III at the Nottingham Playhouse, 2 – 24 November.

Simon Victor (BOVTS) features in War Horse, returning to the National Theatre, 8 November – 5 January.

BalletBoyz present Young Men at Wilton’s Music Hall, 13 – 17 November. The company features dancers Liam Riddick (LCDS), Bradley Waller, Edd Arnold and Benjamin Knapper (Rambert).

Ben Duke and Solène Weinachter (LCDS) present Lost Dog’s Juliet & Romeo at the Riley Theatre, Leeds, on 14 November.

Northern Ballet present The Nutcracker from 14 November – 16 December, touring to Hull, Norwich, Woking and Leeds. The company features Central School of Ballet graduates Rachael Gillespie, Ashley Dixon, Hannah Bateman, Harriet Marden, Harris Beattie, and Ayca Anil, and Apprentices Matthew Morrell and Julie Nunes.

Phoenix Dance Theatre present a Mixed Programme from 1 – 22 November, touring to York, Barnsley and Huddersfield. The company features dancers Vanessa Vince-Pang (Rambert), Carmen Vazquez Marfil (CSB, NSCD), Natalie Alleston (Rambert, NSCD), and Apprentices Jasmine Gordon, Frances Shepherdson, and Elliott Augustine (NSCD).

James Wilton (LCDS) presents new work The Storm, touring this month to Liverpool (13 November), Newcastle (16 November) and London (23 – 24 November). The company features dancers Sarah Jane Taylor, Michael Kelland, and Ihsaan de Banya (LCDS).

Eliot Smith Company present a Triple Bill at The Sage Gateshead, Newcastle, on 27 November. The company features dancers Gemma Paganelli and Giacomo Pini (LCDS), Duncan Anderson and Paloma Galiana Moscardo (Central).
