The Olivier Award nominations for 2020 have been announced, with graduates from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and Central School of Ballet among the nominees.
Adrian Scarborough (BOVTS) is nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for his performance in Leopoldstadt at Wyndham’s Theatre.
Sophie Thompson (BOVTS) is nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Present Laughter at The Old Vic.
Bob Crowley (BOVTS) is nominated for Best Set Design for Mary Poppins at Prince Edward Theatre.
Ingoma by Mthuthuzeli November (Central) for Ballet Black at Royal Opera House – Linbury Theatre is nominated for Best New Dance Production.
MÁM by Michael Keegan-Dolan (Central) for Teaċ Daṁsa at Sadler’s Wells is nominated for Best New Dance Production.
