In this section you will find policies relating to the Conservatoire’s shared services team.
The Conservatoire’s fourth HR Strategy is intended to address the objectives of the Strategic Plan 2013-2018, the Provisions of the UK Quality Code for Higher Education and the criteria for the award of Taught Degree Awarding Powers as well as prepare for the introduction of the Teaching Excellence Framework.
This policy is intended to provide a framework for the management of complaints by members of the public that are received by the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama.
The Conservatoire welcomes feedback from the wider community about the provision of education, services and facilities offered by the Conservatoire as part of our commitment to enhancing the quality of its provision.
